Bourbonnais Police Request Community Assistance After Weekend Vehicle Burglaries in Briarcliff

Bourbonnais, IL – Bourbonnais Police are appealing for public assistance after a string of vehicle burglaries occurred over the weekend in the Briarcliff subdivision. 

The incidents took place in the early morning hours of April 15. Residents with home surveillance systems are urged to review footage between 12 AM and 5 AM for any unusual activity or individuals and to send any relevant video to investigations@villageofbourbonnais.com. The police remind community members to secure their vehicles, as unlocked cars are easy targets, and to keep valuables out of sight. 

The department appreciates the public’s help in providing information that may lead to the resolution of these incidents and the prevention of future ones. Public cooperation is invaluable in maintaining the safety and security of the community.
