Peoria, IL — In response to the pervasive challenge of sexual violence, Bradley University reaffirms its commitment to supporting survivors. The university is actively promoting the resources of RAINN (the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), emphasizing the organization’s crucial role in aiding those affected by sexual assault. 

RAINN, established in 1994, offers 24/7 assistance through hotlines and online chats, ensuring accessible support. Bradley University’s Police Department and counseling services join in this vital effort, providing a local foundation of assistance and advocacy.

According to the Bradley University Police Department, it’s not just about response but also about prevention and education. Their alliance with RAINN underscores a community united against sexual violence, emphasizing the importance of listening to and helping survivors.
