Green Bay, WI – A calm and sunny Sunday in Wisconsin is set to give way to gusty winds Monday and light snow showers by Tuesday evening. The changing weather conditions could create hazardous travel, especially on roadways like U.S. Route 41 and State Highway 29.

According to the National Weather Service, today will remain sunny with a high of 26°F. However, Monday will bring breezy southwest winds of 16 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. These winds could impact high-profile vehicles and create slick spots on exposed stretches of highway. Monday’s high will reach 37°F, making it the warmest day of the week.

Cloud cover increases Monday night, with temperatures dipping to 18°F. By Tuesday, conditions remain mostly cloudy with highs near 38°F. Light snow is expected late Tuesday afternoon into the evening, especially in north-central Wisconsin and near the Upper Michigan border. Winds will remain light but could create slippery roads during the evening commute.

The rest of the week looks mild, with partly sunny skies Wednesday and highs around 31°F. By Thursday, sunny skies return, with highs near 37°F. Residents should monitor forecasts and plan ahead for potential travel delays Tuesday evening.
