Jackson, KY – A winter storm is set to hit Jackson, KY, causing significant disruptions over the next 24 hours. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for portions of southeast Kentucky, expecting 3 to 7 inches of snow with hazardous conditions on local roads.
