The partial lunar eclipse begins at 8:41 p.m. EDT, with the best viewing at 10:44 p.m. when 8% of the moon will be covered. The eclipse will continue until 12:47 a.m. Wednesday. Despite some cloud cover, it should be visible for much of the region.
Looking ahead, Wednesday has a 40% chance of rain, with temperatures continuing to cool through the week. Drivers are advised to take caution on I-376 and other major roadways during cloudy periods.
