Authorities say the collision happened at approximately 12:53 p.m. Friday, October 31, at the intersection of 29th Street NE and 39th Avenue NE, about two miles northeast of Harvey.

The 47-year-old male driver of the Nissan, from Harvey, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators noted that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The 23-year-old male driver of the combine, also from Harvey, was not injured. He also reportedly was not wearing a seatbelt.
