Seattle, WA – Seattle will enjoy another day of sunshine and mild temperatures Thursday before clouds begin to build ahead of a rainy weekend. Highs will reach 61°F Thursday, marking one of the warmest days in recent weeks as winter transitions toward spring.

According to the National Weather Service, mostly clear conditions will persist Thursday night, with lows around 41°F and calm winds. Friday will see continued sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures, with a high near 59°F. Winds will remain light, but conditions will shift by Saturday.

A weak weather system moves into the region Saturday, bringing a 10% chance of afternoon showers. By Saturday night, the chance of rain increases to 30%, with light showers expected mainly after 10 p.m. Sunday will be cloudier, with scattered showers throughout the day and highs cooling to 52°F.

Drivers along I-5 and SR-520 should prepare for wet roads by Sunday morning. Commuters may also see damp conditions Monday as scattered showers continue, with highs around 51°F. Light rain remains in the forecast for early next week, though temperatures will hover in the low 50s.
