The National Weather Service reports a 40% chance of rain on Saturday afternoon, with precipitation intensifying into the evening. Snow is likely overnight, as temperatures drop to 35 degrees. Snow levels are forecast to lower from 4,600 feet to 3,800 feet by Saturday night, which could create hazardous conditions at higher elevations along I-90 and other mountain routes.

Sunday remains cold and cloudy, with highs near 46 degrees and a 30% chance of rain and snow. By Sunday night, the chance of precipitation increases to 50%, with temperatures dropping to 38 degrees. Residents planning weekend travel are advised to check road conditions regularly and allow extra time for their trips.

Looking ahead, rain continues into Monday and Tuesday, with highs in the mid-40s. Conditions are expected to remain wet and chilly throughout the early week, so drivers and outdoor enthusiasts should remain cautious.
