Spokane, Washington – Sunshine and near-perfect spring temperatures will blanket Spokane starting Friday, but changes loom as Tuesday approaches.

According to the National Weather Service, Spokane will enjoy a string of sunny, dry days beginning Friday with a high near 76°F. Conditions stay favorable through the weekend, with highs hovering in the mid-to-upper 70s and light, variable winds. While it’s a great window for outdoor plans, residents should prepare for a shift Tuesday night, when a 40% chance of showers moves in alongside cooler temps near 65°F.

Saturday and Sunday will feature mostly sunny skies, perfect for road trips or time in the garden. Highs will peak around 77°F Saturday and 74°F Sunday. Partly cloudy skies will return each night, but no major weather threats are expected through Monday.

Drivers should be aware that conditions may turn slick Tuesday night, particularly along I-90 and elevated roads if rain arrives after several warm days. Power and utility crews aren’t forecasting major issues, but the sudden change in weather could catch some by surprise.

Looking ahead, Monday stays dry and mild with a high near 70°F. Tuesday brings that rain chance late, with mostly cloudy skies. Wednesday clears again with highs dipping slightly to 69°F.
