According to the NWS, snow accumulations between 4 and 10 inches are expected, with a light glaze of ice possible. Wind gusts could reach 35 mph, significantly reducing visibility. Major cities in the warning area include Lincoln, Nebraska City, and Clarinda, Iowa.
