Quad Cities, Iowa/Illinois – Severe thunderstorms are expected to impact parts of Iowa and Illinois Monday evening into the overnight hours, bringing the potential for tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds. The National Weather Service has issued a moderate risk warning (Level 4 of 5) for areas along and northwest of Highway 151, including Waterloo and Cedar Rapids.
