Fort Worth, TX – Texans can look forward to a sunny and warm weekend as temperatures steadily climb across North Texas. With calm winds and dry conditions, this weekend offers a prime opportunity for outdoor activities before cooler days return next week.

According to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, Friday’s highs will reach 66 degrees with light winds out of the east. Temperatures will rise further on Saturday, peaking at 73 degrees, and Sunday will bring even warmer conditions, reaching a pleasant 81 degrees. Winds will pick up slightly on Sunday afternoon, with gusts reaching up to 30 mph in some areas.

Travelers heading out on I-35 or local roads this weekend can expect clear skies and safe driving conditions. For those preparing for Thanksgiving, the warm weather is expected to hold through Monday, with highs near 71 degrees. However, nighttime lows will drop to the 40s and 50s, so bringing a jacket for evening plans is advised.

Looking ahead to Thanksgiving Day, partly sunny skies and a high near 62 degrees are forecasted. Cooler temperatures later in the week may bring a refreshing change, but rain remains unlikely, keeping travel plans smooth for the holiday.
