Fort Worth, TX – A slight chance of rain is in the forecast for Fort Worth tonight, but warmer temperatures and sunshine return by the weekend. North Texans can expect mild conditions this evening, with a low near 50°F and a 20% chance of showers between midnight and 3 a.m.

According to the National Weather Service, winds will shift north-northeast at 10 mph tonight, bringing a brief cooldown before a warming trend begins Thursday. Thursday will see mostly cloudy skies in the morning, followed by sunshine and a high of 69°F. Winds will remain light, around 5-10 mph.

By Friday, Fort Worth will warm up to 74°F under sunny skies, with calm morning winds shifting southwest in the afternoon. Friday night will be mostly clear, dipping to 51°F.

Weekend Preview:

Saturday and Sunday bring near-perfect weather for outdoor plans. Saturday’s high will reach 79°F with mostly sunny skies. Winds will be calm early but could pick up in the afternoon. Saturday night remains mild at 54°F.

Sunday introduces a slight 20% chance of showers, but highs will still reach 75°F. Partly cloudy skies will continue into Sunday night before a warm Monday in the upper 70s.
