Further south, residents can expect mostly light rain with minimal snow impact.
Thanksgiving Day will bring drier conditions and partly sunny skies, with a chilly high near 45 degrees. For those traveling across the region, the extended forecast shows a steady warm-up into the weekend, with highs in the mid-50s by Saturday and Sunday. No additional precipitation is expected after tonight’s weather system moves out of the area.
