Drivers should remain alert for sudden fog patches, especially near the Mississippi River and low-lying areas.
Looking ahead, Memphis can expect mostly clear skies and comfortable temperatures as the fog lifts. Friday afternoon will see sunny skies with highs around 60°F, making for a pleasant end to the week. Overnight, patchy fog may return briefly, with lows around 44°F, followed by sunshine on Saturday and temperatures reaching near 63°F.
