According to the National Weather Service, a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect through Sunday morning due to excessive rainfall. Heavy rain has already caused localized flooding, and more precipitation is expected before temperatures drop Monday night. Winds will shift from the north, bringing a bitter Arctic blast.
