Spokane, WA – A winter storm will continue to impact Spokane through the weekend, bringing snow, freezing fog, and a wintry mix before transitioning to rain by early next week.

According to the National Weather Service, snow will taper off Friday night, but patchy fog could create slick conditions Saturday morning. A 30% chance of snow lingers through the day, with temperatures reaching the mid-30s. Saturday night, another system could bring up to two inches of fresh snow, making roads hazardous.

Sunday starts with snow before shifting to a rain-snow mix in the afternoon, as temperatures climb to 37°F. Overnight lows around 30°F will keep icy patches on roads and sidewalks. Monday and Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with highs in the mid-to-upper 30s.

Looking ahead, Spokane could see another round of rain and snow by Wednesday and Thursday. While accumulations remain uncertain, temperatures will stay near freezing, increasing the risk of icy roads.

Drivers should use caution, especially on I-90 and major highways. Residents are advised to stay updated on changing conditions and prepare for slick commutes through midweek.
