Travelers along I-74 and local roads should plan for reduced visibility and slippery conditions during these periods.
Thanksgiving Day will see partly sunny skies and a high of 35 degrees, while Friday’s high struggles to reach 29 amid bitter cold. Wind chills will make outdoor conditions feel even colder, so residents are urged to bundle up and limit time outside.
