St. Louis, MO – A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for several counties in southeastern Missouri, effective until 3 p.m. CDT today, April 29, 2025. Residents in the affected areas should be prepared for potentially severe weather conditions.
The watch includes the following Missouri counties: Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Crawford, Dallas, Dent, Douglas, Howell, Iron, Jefferson, Laclede, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Oregon, Ozark, Perry, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, Shannon, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard, Taney, Texas, Washington, Wayne, Webster, and Wright.
