Julian, CA – A magnitude 2.7 earthquake struck just 1 km west-northwest of Julian early Wednesday morning. The earthquake, with a depth of 14.5 kilometers, was felt by residents across San Diego County.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the quake occurred at 12:06 a.m. local time. While classified as a minor event, people in nearby areas, including Julian and parts of San Diego, reported feeling light tremors.
