Pittsburgh, PA – Warm, dry air and cloudless skies are turning Wednesday into one of the most comfortable days of the spring season across western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio.

According to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, temperatures will climb steadily into the low- to mid-70s by early afternoon and hold steady until sunset. Humidity will stay low throughout the day, with cities like Pittsburgh, Wheeling, and Coshocton enjoying peak comfort from 1 to 6 p.m.

Latrobe and Carrollton could see highs near 77°F, while DuBois and Davis, WV will remain a bit cooler, topping out around 70°F. Winds will stay light, and skies will remain clear—perfect for outdoor plans, yardwork, or an early evening walk. No rain is expected through the evening hours.

Drivers should still carry sunglasses and stay hydrated, as sun glare during rush hour may affect visibility. For those traveling across I-70, I-79, or I-376, road conditions remain excellent.

Clear skies will continue into the night, with temperatures gradually dropping into the upper 50s after 9 p.m. Another mild day is expected Thursday, but updated guidance will be issued by the NWS later today.
