Lancaster County, PA – Pennsylvania State Police Troop J – Lancaster Station is asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of stealing a credit card and using it across multiple counties and in Delaware, according to a statement released Friday.
According to investigators, the theft occurred around 2:20 a.m. on October 10, 2025, at the Black Horse Animal Hospital on Lincoln Highway in Kinzers. Police say the suspect allegedly stole a credit card from an unlocked vehicle. The card was then reportedly used between October 10 and October 15 at locations in Chester County, East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, and New Castle, Delaware.
Surveillance images released by PSP show a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt inside a vehicle. He appears to have a cross tattoo on his left middle finger and another tattoo between his left thumb and pointer finger.
According to police, he was operating a blue 2003 Harley-Davidson Softail FXSTI, though the license plate displayed on the motorcycle belongs to a moped with a dead tag. The suspect was also seen traveling inside a white Kia sedan, believed to be a Kia Forte, which was being driven by an unidentified female.
