Philadelphia, PA – A blustery and cold weekend is ahead for Philadelphia, with strong winds, frigid temperatures, and changing conditions through Monday. Residents should prepare for gusty winds Friday night and a gradual warm-up into early next week.

According to the National Weather Service, Friday night will be mostly clear with temperatures dropping to 20°F and gusty northwest winds up to 30 mph. Saturday brings increasing clouds with a high near 40°F, followed by a cold night with lows around 28°F.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high of 46°F, but temperatures will dip to 30°F at night. A warming trend begins Monday, with partly sunny skies and highs reaching 52°F. By Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will climb into the mid-50s.

Travelers should be cautious of slick roads in the early morning due to potential refreezing. Wind chills may make temperatures feel even colder, so dressing in layers is advised. Stay updated with local forecasts as conditions may shift.
