According to the National Weather Service, Eugene will see widespread frost until late morning, with sunny skies bringing a high near 44 degrees today. Overnight, temperatures will drop again to 24 degrees under clear skies, making frost prevention and cold-weather precautions essential for the start of the workweek.

Monday is expected to remain sunny but chilly, with highs near 44 degrees and lows dipping to 26 degrees. Frost will likely persist through Wednesday morning, with daytime highs gradually climbing to 48 degrees midweek. By Thursday, the region could experience its next weather shift, with rain predicted after 4 p.m.
