Ohio Winter Weather Advisory: Up to 4 Inches of Snow Expected Today

Delaware, OH – Central Ohio is bracing for hazardous winter weather, with a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until midnight tonight. Snowfall of 2 to 4 inches is expected in Delaware, Union, Logan, and surrounding counties. Gusty winds of up to 35 mph may further reduce visibility, creating dangerous travel conditions.

According to the National Weather Service, roads, particularly bridges and overpasses, are likely to become slick. Commuters are urged to exercise caution as morning and evening drives could be significantly impacted. Counties including Champaign, Darke, and Shelby are also under the advisory.

Further north, Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer counties can expect up to two additional inches of snow. Residents in affected areas are advised to slow down, leave extra travel time, and check road updates at ohgo.com.
