Cleveland, OH – After a brief round of snow, Ohio is set to experience a shift toward milder spring weather. Warmer temperatures and sunny skies will return, with highs climbing to the 50s and 60s throughout the upcoming week.

According to the National Weather Service, a slight chance of snow showers will linger into early Saturday morning, but skies will gradually clear. Highs on Saturday will remain cool at 36°F before temperatures begin to rise on Sunday, reaching 47°F with sunny skies.

By Monday, sunshine dominates, and temperatures will climb to 56°F, continuing to rise through Tuesday with highs near 60°F. Overnight lows will also warm, staying above freezing for much of the week.

The shift to warmer weather coincides with the start of daylight saving time on Sunday, meaning longer daylight hours in the evening. Residents should prepare for the time change by adjusting their clocks forward one hour and planning for potential grogginess during Monday’s commute.

Extended Five-Day Forecast:

• Sunday: Sunny, high 47°F, winds 9-11 mph.

• Monday: Sunny, high 56°F, low 46°F.

• Tuesday: Sunny, high 60°F, low 37°F.

• Wednesday: Partly sunny, high 52°F, low 42°F.

• Thursday: Mostly sunny, high 60°F, low 46°F.

While the chance of additional winter weather is low, Ohioans should stay informed as spring patterns can bring rapid temperature swings.
