According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Tuesday’s highs topped out at 89°F in both Cincinnati and Dayton, with Columbus not far behind at 87°F. Overnight lows will dip into the mid to upper 60s across the region, offering only slight relief. Wednesday’s highs are expected to remain consistent, with much of central and southwestern Ohio seeing temps in the mid to upper 80s.
Dry, hazy skies will continue through Wednesday evening, though forecasters expect increasing cloud cover and rising humidity. Rain chances ramp up late Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms forecast Thursday and Friday.
