Ohio: Saturday’s Severe Weather Forecast – Thunderstorms Ahead

Wilmington, OH – Severe weather is expected this afternoon and evening across Ohio. The National Weather Service has announced that thunderstorms could bring damaging winds and heavy rain. Temperatures could soar, with heat indices reaching up to 102 degrees in the afternoon.

According to the National Weather Service, the severe weather outlook for Saturday, June 29, 2024, indicates that the areas most likely to be affected include Wilmington, Dayton, and Cincinnati. Residents should prepare for potential power outages and localized flooding due to the heavy rain.

The weather forecast shows that today’s high will reach 88 degrees with cloudy skies and windy conditions expected around noon. The rest of the week will see a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures dropping to a low of 54 degrees on Monday. Tuesday will see another spike in temperatures, reaching up to 88 degrees again.
