Cleveland, Ohio – Sunshine and rising temperatures will greet much of northern Ohio to kick off June, with highs reaching the low to mid-80s by midweek before rain chances return late Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service in Cleveland, Sunday’s highs will hover in the mid to upper 60s, including 66°F in Akron and Youngstown, 68°F in Sandusky, and 70°F in Toledo. A warming trend begins Monday, pushing most cities into the 70s before peaking in the 80s by Tuesday and Wednesday. Erie and Ashtabula may top out around 80°F, while inland cities like Fremont and Mount Vernon are expected to hit 85°F or higher.
