Fort Wayne, IN – Northern Indiana is experiencing a stretch of unseasonably warm temperatures, with highs in the 80s expected through Saturday. According to the US National Weather Service, the area will remain dry, with sunny skies dominating much of the forecast.

Temperatures will peak between 84 and 89 degrees, making it feel more like summer than early fall. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Cooler conditions and rain chances are expected to arrive early next week.

According to weather services, scattered showers are forecast to start Sunday, with a 30% to 40% chance of rain increasing through Tuesday. Daytime highs will drop to the 70s by Monday, providing some relief from the warm spell.

With a mix of sun and clouds, northern Indiana will see a shift by Monday, offering a cooler and wetter start to the following week.
