Arizona – Thunderstorms are forecast for Flagstaff on Wednesday, with a 20% chance of rain and storms in the afternoon. Residents should prepare for possible lightning and brief gusts of wind up to 17 mph. Conditions will clear by Wednesday evening.

According to the National Weather Service, thunderstorms may develop after 11 a.m. as temperatures reach 85°F. If driving along I-40 or in the downtown Flagstaff area, use caution, as sudden rainfall could impact visibility and road conditions. Strong winds may pose risks, especially on open roads.

The weather will clear overnight Wednesday, leading to mostly sunny conditions for the rest of the week. Thursday through Saturday is expected to be sunny, with high temperatures hovering around 85°F and lows in the mid-40s. Winds will generally remain light, though occasional gusts could reach 18 mph.
