Friday night remains mild and mostly clear with lows around 58°F. Saturday continues the warm trend with mostly cloudy skies and highs near 78°F. Winds stay light, and no precipitation is expected during the day, keeping local events and travel plans largely unaffected.

Rain chances increase late Sunday, with a 40 percent chance of showers by evening and temperatures hovering in the mid-70s. By Monday, expect widespread showers mainly after 3 p.m. with precipitation chances at 60 percent.

Looking ahead to next week, Tuesday stays dry with a high near 70°F before another slight chance of rain on Wednesday.
