According to the U.S. National Weather Service, a warming trend will begin Thursday, bringing high temperatures into the 70s for most areas, including Hartford, New Haven, and Worcester. The warming continues through Friday, with areas like Hartford reaching 77°F. However, expect a few scattered showers to develop on Saturday.

Saturday brings the chance of rain for some coastal areas, with temperatures cooling slightly as the system moves through. By Sunday, highs will drop to the upper 60s to low 70s across the region, signaling the end of the warm spell.
