Nevada Spring Weather: Breezy and Mild Conditions in Reno Through the Weekend

Reno, NV – Spring is bringing a mix of mild temperatures, light winds, and occasional clouds to northern Nevada as the region transitions to warmer weather. Thursday will see partly sunny skies with a high of 54°F, while overnight lows dip to 34°F.

According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday night could see a slight chance of rain and snow showers between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., with snow levels dropping to 4,600 feet. However, precipitation chances remain low at 20%. Winds will be breezy, gusting up to 30 mph, before calming by Thursday morning.

By Friday, temperatures will warm to a high of 58°F under mostly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will hover around 33°F, with light winds shifting throughout the evening.

Looking ahead, Reno will see a gradual warming trend into the weekend. Saturday will bring partly sunny skies with highs reaching 61°F, followed by a clear and mild Sunday with temperatures climbing to 66°F. The warming pattern continues into next week, with Monday reaching 73°F and Tuesday potentially topping out at 77°F.

Residents can expect typical springtime conditions with fluctuations in cloud cover and occasional breezes. Those traveling along I-80 should remain aware of wind gusts, particularly on Thursday evening.
