Kansas City, MO – Wind chills will remain in the single digits and below zero Friday and Saturday mornings, but a significant warm-up is on the way, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Kansas City.

Temperatures are expected to rise into the 40s and 50s by Sunday, marking a shift toward milder conditions for the start of next week. According to the NWS, the region will move out of the deep freeze, offering relief after frigid mornings.

Residents should continue to bundle up through Saturday before enjoying more comfortable temperatures in the coming days.
