St. Louis, MO – The first full week of February kicks off with unseasonably warm temperatures in St. Louis, but a midweek cooldown is on the way. Highs on Monday are expected to reach 70°F, flirting with record levels, before a cold front moves in by Tuesday night.

According to the National Weather Service, Monday will be breezy with plenty of sunshine, making for a comfortable but unusually warm day. By Tuesday, temperatures will begin to drop, with highs between 42°F and 62°F. Rain chances increase midweek, with a 70% likelihood of showers on Wednesday, potentially impacting morning commutes.

Thursday and Friday will bring a return to cooler conditions, with highs near 48°F and overnight lows dipping into the 20s. Motorists should remain cautious of changing road conditions, particularly if rain lingers into the evening hours.

With such fluctuating temperatures, residents are encouraged to dress in layers and stay updated on potential weather advisories. For the latest forecast and real-time updates, visit weather.gov/stlouis.
