Baltimore, MD – A stretch of sunny and mild weather is on tap for Maryland, but rain is likely to return by Thursday.

According to the National Weather Service, Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high near 48°F and calm winds. The pleasant conditions will continue into Monday and Tuesday, with highs reaching the mid-50s to near 60°F. Overnight lows will hover in the upper 30s to low 40s.

By midweek, temperatures will remain mild, with highs near 58°F on Wednesday. However, clouds will begin to build, signaling a shift in the weather pattern. By Thursday, rain chances increase to 50%, with scattered showers possible throughout the day.

Drivers should prepare for potential wet roads late in the week, particularly during the morning and evening commutes on Thursday. If planning outdoor activities, the best days will be Sunday through Wednesday, with sunny skies and comfortable temperatures.

Looking further ahead, rain chances could persist into Friday morning before drier conditions return. Stay updated with the latest forecasts as the week progresses.
