According to the National Weather Service in Marquette, northeast winds are expected to increase to 5–10 mph by late Wednesday morning, with a high near 61°F under partly sunny skies. Drivers along U.S. Route 41 should expect crosswinds during morning hours. While not severe, the breezy conditions may affect high-profile vehicles and early lakefront activities.
Wednesday night will stay mostly cloudy with calmer winds and a low around 48°F, but Thursday begins a dry, sunny streak. Highs will climb to 71°F Thursday, continuing a warming trend into the weekend. By Friday, expect mostly sunny skies and a high near 70°F, with clear, mild evenings in the mid-40s.
Saturday and Sunday extend the pattern of pleasant, dry conditions with highs in the mid-60s to 70s and no precipitation in sight. Calm winds and sunshine will dominate much of the extended weekend—ideal for outdoor plans.
