When first responders arrived, they located a heavily damaged sedan. The driver, identified as 37-year-old Miguel Arellano Perez of Hubbard, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two passengers were also in the vehicle. One was transported by ambulance, and the other was flown by Life Flight to local hospitals with serious injuries, officials said.
