Caribou, ME – Today will be mostly cloudy, with low clouds and some spotty showers or drizzle lingering early this morning. As the day progresses, expect some breaks in the clouds and a chance for misty sunshine, especially through midday. The afternoon will bring a warm, moderately humid atmosphere with highs reaching the low 70s in areas like Estcourt and Van Buren, while the central and southern parts of the state, including Bangor, will see highs in the upper 60s.

According to the National Weather Service, scattered showers are expected across the northern regions by tonight, with lows dipping into the upper 40s across much of the state. The southern and coastal areas will stay a bit warmer overnight, with lows in the 50s.

Thursday will bring cooler weather, especially for northern Maine, where temperatures may only reach the 40s. Cloud cover will persist, and additional showers are possible. Those with outdoor plans should be prepared for wet and cooler conditions moving into the weekend.
