Inland highs today will approach 80 degrees under partly sunny skies, but the arrival of the cold front will bring significant changes overnight.

According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are expected to drop significantly on Friday, with highs reaching only around 70 degrees. A stray shower is possible as the front moves through this afternoon. By the weekend, temperatures will cool further, with highs in the upper 60s on Saturday and mid-60s on Sunday.
