Louisville, KY – The National Weather Service in Louisville reports that another round of light rain will move across central Kentucky and southern Indiana tonight, with rain chances near 90% for most areas.
Rainfall totals are expected to range between 0.1 and 0.6 inches through Sunday morning, with the heaviest amounts likely near the Bluegrass region and north-central Kentucky.
According to the NWS, rain will taper off Sunday morning, leaving behind mostly dry and mild conditions by the afternoon, with highs between 53 and 58 degrees. Overnight lows will drop into the upper 30s to low 40s.
Motorists should use caution during the early morning hours as wet roads and patchy fog could impact visibility and travel conditions.
Rain chances diminish Sunday night, with dry and seasonable weather expected through midweek, according to forecasters.
