The heaviest rain is likely overnight Sunday into Monday morning. Drivers are urged to reduce speeds and allow extra travel time on wet roadways, particularly along I-65 and I-71.
The showers will ease by Tuesday morning, leading to partly sunny skies and a high of 49 degrees. Cooler weather is forecast midweek, with highs near 46 on Wednesday. Residents should monitor local weather updates and avoid flooded areas during heavy rainfall.
