According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Tuesday morning will bring similar foggy conditions before giving way to partly sunny skies and a high near 62. By midweek, weather conditions are expected to shift significantly as a strong storm system moves into the region.
Rain chances increase to 50% Wednesday, with heavy rain and thunderstorms developing overnight into Thursday. NWS forecasts up to an inch of rain by Thursday morning, with localized flooding possible in low-lying areas. High temperatures Thursday will climb to 71 degrees, accompanied by gusty winds and potential thunderstorm activity throughout the day.
The storm system will taper off by Friday, leaving behind mostly sunny skies and a high of 67. Residents are encouraged to monitor weather updates and prepare for wet roads and possible travel delays midweek.
