According to the National Weather Service Cleveland, scattered snow showers today will give way to heavier lake effect snow this evening. Accumulations may begin during rush hour, causing hazardous travel conditions. Higher terrain in Erie and Crawford counties could see localized totals of up to 2 inches.
The snow will transition to rain early Friday as temperatures rise to a high of 49°F, accompanied by strong gusts up to 40 mph. Friday night brings continued rain and breezy conditions with lows around 44°F.

• Saturday: Showers likely before 1 p.m., high of 49°F. Gusts may reach 31 mph. Rain chances tapering in the afternoon.
• Sunday: Cloudy with a high near 50°F. Dry conditions expected.
• Monday: Mild start to the week, mostly sunny with highs near 52°F.
