According to the National Weather Service in Paducah, Kentucky, rainfall will range from 0.5 to 1 inch across southeastern Missouri and southern Illinois. Further east, including southwest Indiana and parts of the Kentucky Pennyrile, rainfall could reach up to 2 inches. Storms may intensify during the afternoon, bringing gusts up to 20 mph, with conditions expected to settle overnight.

The weather will improve by Thursday, with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching the mid-60s. Winds will shift to the west-northwest, bringing calm and dry weather for the rest of the week. Friday will remain sunny with highs in the lower 60s, giving residents a pleasant break from midweek storms.

The weekend forecast shows ideal outdoor conditions, with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-60s on Saturday. By Sunday, Paducah can expect partly sunny skies and a high of 68 degrees.
