According to the National Weather Service, ice accumulations between one-tenth and two-tenths of an inch are expected in Eastern Highland County, VA, and Eastern Pendleton County, WV. The precipitation will start as a mix of light freezing rain, sleet, and snow Wednesday evening before transitioning to steady freezing rain overnight. Temperatures will warm by Thursday morning, shifting precipitation to rain.
