Harrington, DE – Delaware State Police are investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that claimed the life of a Milford man late Thursday night in Harrington.

According to police, the crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025, along South Dupont Highway near Tower Hill Road. Investigators say a Ford Fusion traveling northbound entered a center crossover preparing to turn left when it crossed in front of a southbound Infiniti G37. The Infiniti struck the Ford’s passenger side, sending the vehicle off the roadway and into a utility pole.

The 64-year-old Ford driver from Milford was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name is being withheld pending family notification. The 19-year-old driver of the Infiniti, also from Milford, was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The highway was closed for about 4.5 hours overnight while members of the Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit investigated and cleared the scene.
