Green Bay, WI – Seasonally warm temperatures continue across northeast Wisconsin as the region heads into the weekend, with highs reaching the mid-50s to near 60 degrees on Friday. A few flurries may develop across far northern parts of the state late Friday night into early Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service Green Bay office.

Saturday brings highs in the upper 40s to upper 50s, along with a slight chance for scattered light rain or light snow across northern and central Wisconsin. Forecasters say the best chance—20 to 45 percent—will arrive in the afternoon and evening as colder air begins to move in from the northwest.

Conditions turn noticeably cooler by Sunday. Highs are expected to fall into the mid-30s to mid-40s across the region. Snow chances increase in the north, with a 45 to 60 percent chance in Vilas County and a 20 to 45 percent chance across the rest of the north and Door County. Light snow is also possible in parts of east-central Wisconsin, though accumulations should remain minimal.

The National Weather Service notes that while precipitation remains spotty, changing temperatures could create brief slick spots early Sunday in northern counties. Most of northeast Wisconsin, however, will see only light impacts.
