Grand Junction, CO – Much drier air has moved into western Colorado and eastern Utah, leaving Grand Junction under a precipitation-free forecast for the week. According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Grand Junction, temperatures will rise to above-normal levels by Friday, with highs reaching the mid-80s.
The weather agency said Wednesday’s temperatures will remain below average but will steadily climb through the weekend. By Thursday, highs will reach 83 degrees, followed by a warmer Friday at 84 degrees. Clear skies and warm weather are expected to continue, with minimal cloud cover forecasted for Saturday and temperatures hovering in the high 70s.
NWS officials also noted that this pattern is likely to persist throughout the region, affecting areas such as Edwards, Hotchkiss, and Mancos, which will see highs between the mid-60s and mid-70s.
